Happy Bark is a foster-based dog rescue, but what is a "happy bark," anyway? We like to imagine a dog bouncing in excitement when he goes home to his forever family, or a dog alongside her running partner in the park, or the greeting a dog gives his family when they come home from school and work. It's like a happy dance, but for dogs!
